Circle Dance

Circle Dance is a gross motor activity song for children to do in a group. The song begins with
children holding hands, standing in a cirlce. There is plenty of practice in following instructions while
children have fun walking around, raising their hands into the air, touching knees and toes, stepping into
the circle and back, and turning themselves around.

Children gather all around music to dance that I have found
Dance that's meant for me and you. A dance that all can do
Make a circle round and round. Time to move to the rockin' sound
Everybody joining hands it's time for the circle dance

Raise you arms high in the sky
Stretch your fingers higher and higher
Bring your arms down and shake them around
